All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the Philippines and selected international destinations.
Shipping availability may vary depending on local carrier coverage and applicable regulations.
If shipping is unavailable to your location, you will be notified during checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
6. Customs Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees may be imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Jewelook is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the package and product.
If your package is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, Jewelook cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
